ISi Funnel and Sieve

Thanks to the iSi funnel & sieve set, you can efficiently fill the bottle with cream, sauce or other espuma fillings without unwanted spillage or contamination of the bottle. You will also appreciate it when using ingredients containing fibres, lumps or seeds and fruit kernels, as the strainer is very fine with 0.5 mm holes. Conveniently sieve everything and the resulting contents flow through the funnel directly into the bottle.

You can also use each part separately. The stainless steel strainer is made and moulded exactly to the funnel and will not be knocked over if the set is put on the bottle. In addition, the mesh used is very strong and does not deform during strapping as with most conventional strainers.

This funnel & sieve set is designed primarily for the iSi CREAM PROFI WHIP, GOURMET WHIP and THERMO WHIP professional cream whippers, but can also be used to fill whipper bottles from other manufacturers. Completely made of high quality stainless steel and dishwasher safe.
