Cream chargers iSi ECO SERIES 8.4 g, 10 pcs

These climate-neutral cream chargers are the first contribution to the new ECO SERIES product line, which iSi has taken a responsible approach to the topics of Climate Neutrality and Sustainability. The cream chargers contain up to 30 % recycled steel, they are made in Austria from 100 % recyclable steel of European origin and all the electricity used in their production comes from renewable sources.

The ECO SERIES cream chargers in combination with the iSi GREEN WHIP cream whipper bring 15% more performance with the same consumption of raw materials and also reduce the carbon footprint for the preparation of one portion by up to 65 % (when using animal cream) and up to 85 % (when using vegan cream).

Thanks to this, you get up to 20 % more servings than with standard disposable cream chargers. Can be used for making desserts, espumas, sauces and soups. One iSi cream charger is intended for spreading a maximum of 0.5 l of cream or other content and is filled with pure nitrous oxide (N₂O) intended for food purposes.

This is a universal system of disposable cream chargers. The chargers are not intended for refilling and they are made of 100% recyclable steel. Before filling, they are cleaned using a patented method to remove traces of carbon and other impurities. After filling, each charger is electronically weighed and marked with a production batch.

The cream chargers are only intended for use with cream whippers for this disposable system (iSi, Kayser, Tescoma, Liss, Mosa, Hendi, etc.) and are not compatible with cream whippers for Sifos and Kisag replaceable chargers.

Each package has a recommended expiration date. Chargers can be used even after this date, but the manufacturer no longer guarantees the 8.4 g gas content. Store in a cool and dry place.

Do not expose to direct sunlight, fire or temperatures exceeding 50 °C. Do not throw away unused charger or do not force open them, an explosion may occur. Misuse endangers health! Keep away from children.
