Have you made a purchase on our online store Slehame.com as a consumer and the ordered goods do not suit you? As a rule, you can withdraw from the purchase contract concluded over the Internet without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.
You can process the withdrawal online without registration. You do not need to state the reason for the return.
For the fastest processing, click the online withdrawal button on the website. Enter the order number and email address used for the purchase. Then select the items and quantity subject to withdrawal, and confirm with the "Confirm contract withdrawal" button.
After submission, we will immediately send a confirmation to your email containing a summary of the withdrawal, the date and time of submission, and instructions for returning the goods.
If the system cannot find your order, please send us your withdrawal via email. A malfunction of the online form does not limit your right to withdraw in another unequivocal manner.

Please include your name, order/invoice number, and specification of the goods subject to withdrawal in the notice.
| Unpacking and testing | Goods can be unpacked and inspected to an extent corresponding to getting acquainted with them in a brick-and-mortar store. If you handle the goods differently, you are liable for any diminished value. The right of withdrawal does not serve for free use of the product for 14 days. |

A full refund of the purchase price can generally only be issued for a complete package containing all unused chargers. In the case of an incomplete or partially consumed package, the refunded amount will be reduced by the actual diminished value of the product, which, depending on the circumstances, may amount to the entire purchase price of the package.
A returned incomplete package can no longer be sold as an original product, because the number of chargers does not correspond to the details on the packaging, and we do not sell individual chargers or incomplete packages separately.
For safety and hygiene reasons, they can only be returned in complete (all chargers in the box unused) and undamaged original packaging. Used (punctured) chargers cannot be accepted back.Send the goods at your own expense (without cash on delivery) to the address:

We will return your money without undue delay, no later than 14 days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal from the purchase contract. We may withhold payment until we have received the returned goods or proof that they have been dispatched.
Upon withdrawal from the entire contract, we also refund the cost of the cheapest standard original delivery offered. We return money using the same payment method used for the order (for cash on delivery, via bank transfer).
