Professional stick blender bamix GASTRO PRO-2 is practical in commercial kitchens, where it can handle almost any task and can be used in any pan, pot, bowl or other container. It makes it easier to make sauces or purees in seconds, and is much more versatile than conventional robots. Changing the attachments is very easy, and washing is also easy. Just wash under running water and you can continue working.

At a lower speed, it mixes light and airy foods in small portions perfectly, and at a high speed it excels at mixing larger quantities of ingredients. All parts of the blender that come into contact with food do not absorb the taste or smell of the ingredients used and are made of stainless materials. This blender can be immersed up to 29 cm.

The blender handle is design-D, meaning the switch buttons are covered with a rubber membrane and can be operated even with a wet hand without the risk of electric shock. In case of any damage to the membrane, we recommend replacing it immediately.

Use of Accessories

Multipurpose blade - for chopping and blending raw and cooked vegetables, ice or frozen foods. You will appreciate it especially when preparing soups, sauces, purees, sorbets, ice cream, cocktails or baby food. You can use it directly in the pot to save a lot of time.

Whisk blade - for preparing fresh mayonnaise, dips, dressings, thick sauces, porridge, creams and various types of dough. Its special texture makes the dishes fluffy and delicate.

Beater blade - for softening, lightening and aerating sauces, soups, drinks and dough. Suitable for preparing snow from egg whites, whipped cream, shodo, chocolate mousse, puddings, frappé, soufflé or milkshakes.
