Bamix processor grinds and chops all kinds of food. You can reliably process vegetables, hard cheese, chocolate, sugar for icing sugar, spices, coffee, fresh pastries for breadcrumbs, smaller amounts of fish and meat, all kinds of nuts, nuts for peanut butter, cereals and poppy seeds. You will also appreciate it when preparing baby food and all kinds of spreads. Using powder disc (can be ordered separately), you can prepare a very fine powder from pepper, cinnamon, coffee and other ingredients. It works very simply by placing the blender head on the processor lid. Not dishwasher safe.
