It is made of high quality aluminum alloy, trouble-free due to the absence of mechanical parts and practically indestructible. Inside the handle is a special heat conductive fluid transfering heat from palm to the head of the spade - guaranteeing that the ice cream does not stick to the spade during filling of the ice cream containers directly from the ice cream machine or during mixing. Each handle with heat conductive fluid is closed with a color coded end cap, which also serves as a distinguishing device when using multiple similar kitchen utensils.

Maintenance

Always wash the spade after use. Due to the materials used, it is hand-wash only! When washing by hand, use hot water max. 60 °C, common detergents and avoid hard detergents (scourer, dish sand, etc.). After washing, dry the spade and store it in a place where it will not come into contact with sharp objects and other kitchen utensils to prevent the spade from getting scratched.
