Returning the goods
Do you like buying gifts in advance but do not want to lose your right to return the goods if chosen improperly? Purchase without any worries. In case of wrong choice or gift being unsuitable, you are able to return unused goods. Amount of purchase price will be sent back to your bank account immediately after we receive the goods.
Before ordering, be sure to register and log in and during the goods-returning process you must meet every condition below in order to claim the right to return the goods.
How to return goods?
- package of the product may be opened, but without any traces of usage or damage(such as scratches, ripped box etc.)
- you must be logged in during purchase
- any product must not be used, tried or visibly dirty
- in case of damaged package of product and/or used product, you lose your right to return the goods
- pack the product carefully and thoroughly to ensure safe shipping. Find the address in our contact section and ship it to us
- package must contain, with all the goods to return, a copy of invoice and a number of bank account, where you wish to have your money returned
