It can happen that the product simply does not suit you after unpacking, and we want you to shop with us without any worries. Therefore, beyond the statutory 14-day period, we offer you the option to withdraw from the purchase contract and return unused goods up to 30 days from their receipt. Without the need for registration. We will refund the full purchase price of the product to your bank account no later than 7 days from receipt of the shipment.

Conditions for withdrawal from the purchase contract and return of goods within the 30-day period

To apply for a return of goods without giving a reason, the product must meet the following criteria:

Unused condition: The product must not be used, tested in full operation (must not be used with food) and must not show any signs of wear or contamination.

Complete packaging: The returned shipment must include all original accessories, spare parts, manuals and other printed accompanying materials.

Original packaging: The goods must be returned in the original packaging. The product box may be opened, but must not be damaged in any way (torn, written on or degraded).

⚠️ Return of goods tested in full operation (used goods):
Please note that our above-standard 30-day period (as well as the statutory 14-day period) serves to inspect the goods, not for long-term use or testing in the kitchen. For hygienic and legal reasons, it is not possible to return products in which food has already been prepared free of charge (e.g., gas released into a cream whipper, ice cream made, mixing blades used with ingredients).

If you nevertheless return such used goods to us, we will accept the withdrawal from the contract, but in accordance with the Civil Code, we will deduct the costs of professional hygienic cleaning and compensation for the reduction in the market value of the product from the refunded amount (we can then only sell the goods as used at a discount). This amount standardly ranges from 20 to 40% of the purchase price of the product (depending on the level of use or damage).

Cream, siphon and nitro chargers are consumables. For safety and hygienic reasons, they can only be returned in complete (all chargers from the box unused) and undamaged original packaging. Used (pierced) chargers cannot be taken back.

When will you get your money back?

As soon as we physically receive the returned product at our premises in Šestajovice, we will check its condition and completeness. We return the financial amount for the goods to your bank account no later than 7 days from receipt of the shipment (if the order was paid by online credit card, we automatically return the financial amount back to the bank account linked to this credit card).

This extended 30-day period for returning goods applies without exception to end consumers as well as corporate customers purchasing with a Company ID (VAT IN).
