Cream whipper iSi GOURMET WHIP 0.5 l

The multifunctional professional cream whipper iSi GOURMET WHIP is designed not only for the preparation of delicious fluffy whipped cream, but also for desserts, mousses, savoury mousses, hot and cold sauces and creamy soups. The cream whipper can be heated, or can be kept at a constant temperature in a hot water bath, at a maximum temperature of 75 °C.

Thanks to the cream whipping technology in combination with N₂O gas, up to twice the volume of whipped cream can be obtained compared to conventional whipping methods. Whipped cream is ready to be served in a few seconds and can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 10 days. Serving is really easy, just press the dosing lever and conveniently dispense the desired amount.

The head of the bottle is fitted with a red silicone anti-slip rim for easy and safe use. The all-stainless steel design makes the whole whipper dishwasher safe (except charger holder), so it does not acquire a lasting unpleasant odour. The cream whipper is intended primarily for professional use in cafes and restaurants, but it will also find its place in the home environment.
